b. 85 : Extraction followed by distal shoe space maintainer
c. 74,75, 63: Restoration
d. 54 : Pulpotomy followed by SS crown
e. 64: Extraction followed by Band and Loop Space maintainer
Final diagnosis:
Chronic irreversible Pulpitis with distal root resorption
84- Chronic irreversible Pulpitis
64- Chronic irreversible Pulpitis with root resorption
54- Acute reversible pulpitis
Treatment plan: Completion of pulpectomy on 84 followed by stainless steel crown placement and extraction of 85 followed by distal shoe space maintainer. Extraction of 64 followed by band and loop space maintainer and pulpotomy of 54 followed by stainless steel crown.
